Tomasz Kudła is an Operational Excellence and Business Transformation leader with over 20 years of experience across industry, manufacturing, services and laboratories. A graduate of Krakow University of Technology, he combines World Class Manufacturing, World Class Services, Lean Management, Kaizen and Genba Kanri with hands-on leadership in operations and international transformation programmes.

As a Global Senior Trainer & Auditor WCS/WCM, he supported implementation across 37 laboratories in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector across EMEA, North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. His work included supporting the transformation of laboratories in Shanghai and Bangkok that achieved the WCS Bronze Award.

At NGF Institute, he is developing his proprietary NGF Excellence System^™ concept and its first sector methodology, LabFlow System^™. He translates proven industrial practices into service and laboratory processes, helping organisations improve flow stability, quality, delivery, productivity and cost efficiency. Strong standards, effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement underpin his approach.

Richard is Co-Founder of NGF Institute and a senior Operational Excellence and Business Transformation leader. He brings international experience across R&D, laboratory operations and service-sector organisations, including environmental, food, energy, minerals, life sciences, consumer products, medical training and agrochemical services. Richard holds an MSc and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Bristol. His career combines scientific expertise, commercial insight and operational leadership. He has held senior roles in research and development, laboratory services, operations management, business development and global operational excellence.

He co-led the design, deployment and governance of the World Class Services programme across South East Asia, Europe and Africa, and supported deployment in North East Asia and the Americas. Earlier in his career, he led the growth of environmental field, laboratory and consulting services across Sub-Saharan Africa. Richard is now focused on NGF Excellence^™, an evolution of WCM, WCS and Lean thinking tailored for service-sector organisations. It provides a practical framework for translating strategy into measurable operational improvement; connecting cost to value. The result is a more visible, controlled and scalable operating system.
