Information we use and why

When you contact NGF Institute, we use the details you provide to respond and, where relevant, discuss or deliver services. We process this information to take steps towards a contract at your request or for our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and professional relationships.

For people given access to NGF’s Microsoft 365 services, we use account and technical information to provide access and protect our systems. We may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure our website.

Sharing and retention

Only authorised NGF personnel and providers needed to operate our services, including Microsoft, can access relevant information. We keep it for as long as needed for its purpose, legal obligations or legal claims.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability may apply in particular circumstances. Email office@ngfinstitute.com to make a request. You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Providing details through our contact form is voluntary, but we need contact details to reply. Please do not include confidential client, patient or project information in your initial enquiry.
